How To Submit Your Music; 1.Choose a radio plan and complete the check out and payment. If paying by mail please make checks or money orders payable to Music Registry. 2.Email or upload your music in MP3 or WAV format and send to: musicregistri@aol.com Please include; Stage Name,Song Title,Album Name,Myspace,Biography,Performance Rights Organization, and Contact information for DJs and Program Director's (email and phone) NO Physical CD's are required. 3. You will receive an email with your member number, list of stations/links, and date of first Airplay Report (depending on your plan). 4. We encoded your music with Mediabase,Mediaguide,BDS,and Radiowave (depending on the radio plan) within 24hrs and send you a confirmation of the encoding with a picture of the server. 5. Your registration package is mailed priority and will arrive in 3-4 business days. It includes applications for; Copyright, Barcode,Soundscan, Consignment,Performance,Trademark,BDS,Master Copy,and Distribution. These applications DO NOT have to be returned to our office. They are simply to help with the advancement of your career. 6. Airplay will begin within 72hrs and you will receive an Airplay Report every Friday with current station's playing your music and current download list (depending on your plan). All radio plans are one-time fee's and include; tax,postage,and Airplay Encoding and Tracking.
Copyright Only Copyright applications are sent priority mail. Once received your assigned a representative to help you complete them over the phone. Once completed you will need to attach your music and mail to the Library of Congress. 
Music Registration Package Registration forms for: 1. Barcode/GS1 8.Performance Agreement with ryder. Radio Play Your MP3 will be submitted to Radio according to your style of music. Our firm accepts all styles of music and works directly with each Program Director to get you Airplay. You will receive a complete list of the stations, live links,One Sheet Link (available with your music for download by program directors),BDS,Mediabase,and Radiowave Encoding,Weekly Airplay Reports,and royalties through your Performance Rights Organization and Soundexchange. Performance Rights will pay you royalties for your FM Airplay and Soundexchange for Internet Airplay. Both Applications should be completed within a few days of registration. If you have not completed the registration for Royalties one of our representative's will walk you through each application. You'r song must be submitted along with:Song Title,Band Name,Album Title and contact information. All songs must be high quality and atleast 195k to be encoded and get AIRPLAY. You will also receive applications for: Copyright, Barcode/GS1, Soundscan,BDS, Performance Rights, and agreements for Distribution, Consignment, and Performance. This package will be sent priority mail and arrive in 2-3 business days. You will be assigned a representative to help you complete these applications over the phone. Click Upload My Music Upload your MP3 or WAV file. Include: Song Title, Band Name, Album Name, and Contact Information. If the link to upload your song does not appear please email your song and information to musicregistri@aol.com.
