Our firm will submit your MP3 through direct links to the program director and DJ at each station. All airplay is tracked and encoded using BDS,Medibase,Mediaguide and submitted through the same digital system used by major LABELS. Your music will also be available for download by program directors next to new releases and other major and Independent artist. Stations check this system daily for HOT new tracks! We provide proof of all airplay with weekly Airplay Reports (Total Plays and Station Names), One Sheet,station list, & registration package's(mailed to your home).  Who is Music Registry? Music Registry is one of the largest radio distribution firm's in the US. Our customer service provides daily communication between your music and Program Directors for review and airplay. Our employee's complete all encoding for airplay tracking and add your music to each server for easy download by Program Director's. Music Registry has achieved airplay on hundreds of radio stations and continues to be one of the most respected radio distribution companies in the US. All members are provided with a representative to answer questions and communicate with radio stations during your membership. We include direct email and phone numbers to connect with your representative regarding your account. To ensure easy communication with our representatives, each artist is given a member number to identify their account and tracking information.
Do I need a complete CD or copies to get Radio Play ? NO. All songs are submitted electronically. Our service requires an MP3 or WAV file to submit your music to each radio station and encode for airplay tracking. Music Registry handles ALL communication with Program Directors, DJs and Station Managers. NO stuffing envelopes or making copies is required. Unlike other companies, we do NOT require a physical CD or copies of your album. 98% of all FM rotations start with MP3 submission's. Some FM Stations require an additional wav radio edit and instrumental. In this case, our team will convert your MP3 and mail your track to the station. Our office covers all postage and printing fee's. NO additional fee's or CD's are required.  How does your program work? Music Registry offers a secure and reliable way to deliver your music
to radio. As an Independent artist with no radio play we increase
your plays and stations during your membership. Meaning, we give you an initial push of airplay the first
week with Internet and College radio stations to build your plays and attract MORE stations. Each week these
plays are used to resubmit to stations and increase your plays, streams and station level's (depending
on your radio plan). We continue this process over 60 days resulting in HUNDREDS of plays! All airplay is tracked and pay ROYALTIES. We provide proof of all airplay and send you weekly
airplay reports every Friday with dates and station names of airplay. You will also receive a list of all target stations,
links, and a One Sheet link attached to your tracking and each radio submission. NOTE: All radio plans include submission to; On Demand, VH1, Comcast, Sirius/XM, MTV Radio
and FM. All stations pay ROYALTIES through Performance
Rights and Soundexchange. Music Registry will provide you with a representative to help with applications, but we are not

How do I get Started? We require one MP3 or WAV file for each radio plan. To submit your music click "submit music/prices". Choose a radio plan and submit your digital file to musicregistri@aol.com. All songs are encoded and submitted to radio within 48hrs. Your music must encode over 195k to receive airplay and be tracked. If we are unable to encode your music someone from our office will contact you within 48hrs of your submission. If your unsure of the encoding rate or quality of your music please email your song to; musicregistri@aol.com. Our staff will review your music and contact you within 72hrs.      |
